Acrylic on the other hand is more affordable and is widely available too. With acrylic you can choose from a variety of designs such as white tips, French tips and even nail repairs. Acrylic nails are also long lasting and durable as is the case with gel nails. A great polish can further accentuate the look of your acrylic nail. However, when using acrylic nails, you need to be careful of getting them removed from a technician since improper removal can result in damaging your real nails. Also, in comparison to gel nails, acrylic nails do not look as real or shining and if not done properly they can also look quite fake at times. But irrespective of whether you choose gel or acrylic, you are guaranteed to come out of the nail salon with a set of beautiful and stunning nails.
